We hope you will be completely satisfied with every product(s) purchased from our website, but if for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange your purchase in UNWORN condition within 14 days of receipt of goods along with copy of your receipt of purchase. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To request a return, you will need an authorization number, please contact customer service at email@example.com to receive an RA# for your return.
PLEASE NOTE: Your return request will be processed usually within 1-3 days from initial request, and you will receive an RA# via email with instructions for your return.

If you wish to get a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order online @ https://www.pellemoda.us/collections/shop-pelle-all-products. Refund will be issued for the purchase price of the return item (excluding shipping costs). Standard shipping will be provided free of charge on your exchanged (new) order.
Please return the item using the directions in "Returns".
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. We do gladly accept exchanges on final sale items.
Price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 7 days of purchase on pellemoda.us
Price adjustments are only eligible for stock items with same style, color and size.

* STANDARD GROUND (4 - 8 business days) - $10.00 - $20.00
* EXPRESS SHIPPING (2 - 4 business days) - $20.00 - $30.00
* Shipping rates for Standard Ground and Express Shipping are calculated based on the final weight of each order.
Please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing days do not include National and Federal Holidays.
Orders placed after 2pm Monday - Thursday will ship the following day. Orders placed after 2pm Friday - Sunday will ship the following Monday.
