We hope you will be completely satisfied with every product purchased from our website, but if for any reason you are not, simply return the product to us. You may return or exchange your purchase in UNWORNÂ condition within 14 days of receipt of goods along with the packing slip or copy of receipt of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Please allow 5 - 7 business days after item is received and processed for credit card refunds.Â

If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the item and place a new order. Please return the item using the directions in "Returns by mail," above.

Price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased on www.pellemoda.us at full price and if it is marked down within 7 days of purchase on our site. Price adjustments are only eligible for stock items with same style, color and size.
